How to Use:

Take 4-6 capsules 3 times a day for the first 8-12 weeks, reducing intake to 1-4 capsules a day to suit individual requirement.

For skin therapy:

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day for 6-12 weeks, then 1-3 capsules a day thereafter. In most cases relief is observed 3-6 weeks after the commencement of taking emu oil. 

Note: In most cases relief is observed 4-6 weeks after the commencement of taking Omega 369 capsules or emu oil internally. It takes time to build up in your body. In the meantime, you may directly apply the emu to affected areas for more immediate relief by breaking open the capsule.
