Jigsaw Health, MagSRT, Time-Release Magnesium, 120 Tablets

MagSRT from Jigsaw Health is a time-release magnesium supplement. The only time release magnesium supplement that has a placebo-controlled human clinical trial with the results published in the peer-reviewed Journal of American College of Nutrition.

Active Ingredients: Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Folate (as Quatrefolic 5MTHF), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Malic Acid (as dimagnesium malate).

The malate form of magnesium is 85% absorbable.

Suggested Use: As dietary supplement, take 4 tablets per day with food. Divide doses if desired, or as directed by your health care provider.
