Sleepy Feet is formulated with Magnesium Chloride. Each 2 oz container provides approximately 3,700 mg of elemental magnesium. Magnesium is highly bioavailable when applied transdermally. We use tallow to help the magnesium absorb even deeper into the dermis (the thickest layer) of the skin.

How to use: Apply a small amount of butter to the bottoms of the feet at night before bedtime. Wait to fully absorb. Repeat as desired.
Grass-fed/finished organic beef tallow: The star ingredient that makes up most of this decadent cream. Tallow contains fat-soluble vitamins that our skin needs. It is one of the purest fats and is the most compatible with our skin cell biology. It absorbs deep into the skin leaving it super moisturized all day.
Tallow Properties:
- Contains naturally occurring retinol (bioavailable vitamin A).
- High in nourishing fatty acids such as Conjugated Linoleic Acid which has anti-inflammatory properties (CLA), Arachidonic Acid (AA), Oleic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), and Stearic Acid.
- Stearic acid helps the skin stay flexible and youthful.
- High in fat-soluble vitamins A, B, D, E, K, omegas, and fatty acids- all of which are highly bioabsorbable.
- Contains palmitoleic acid, which has antimicrobial properties.
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate: pure, highly concentrated magnesium chloride solution from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands.

I notice when I dont put this on at night before bed. This lotion actually helps me fall asleep faster, stay asleep and go back to sleep if i get up to go the bathroom. So grateful for this natural product. game changer for me.
Got this for my partner and I to help us sleep and it really helps us unwind in the evenings and just the act of self-massage on the feet is a nice practice to have. Our feet don't get enough attention and the ingredients in this product nourish the skin on your feet too!
I’m obsessed with this cream. It feels so lovely on the skin and it does actually help me unwind before bed. I use a small amount and then apply it three more times. It absorbs well when you massage the feet for a few minutes. I’ve also noticed vivid dreams after using this. A definite win for me:)
I received this as a gift and so I applied a small amount before bed. It smells like real lavender and it has more of a lotion consistency than a cream. I was surprised by how quickly I felt relaxed after using it on my right foot! It usually takes me 30-50 min to fall asleep- I was out within 10 min! Will definitely buy this for myself and the whole family.
