Usage
Rub a small amount on sore lymph nodes throughout the body to encourage drainage.
This cream is beneficial anywhere that lymphatic vessels roam (which is everywhere just under the skin), but to get the most out of it, rub into areas that have large clusters of lymphatic nodes or where the nodes are swollen and sore.
