Via Mother’s Milk : 16 pumps in a little water for taste by mother 20 minutes prior to nursing, as needed. Direct to Infant : 1 pump in breastmilk/formula or water, as needed.

#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency : To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal recovery response.
